How do I know if an item is "ready-to-ship" vs. "made-to-order"?
Please see the description of the item in question. It will be stated at the bottom in bold whether it's in stock and ready to ship ASAP or if it's made-to-order.
What is the production time for made-to-order pieces?
Depending on the style of the piece, made-to-order pieces can take between 1-6 weeks to make. Please see the product description where it will have lead time listed for that particular item.
When will my products ship?
If the item is a "ready-to-ship" item, it will ship within 1-3 business days of when the order is placed. If the item is a "made-to-order" item, it will ship 1-3 days upon completion of production. Please see above regarding production lead times.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products + the use of vintage/upcycled materials, flaws can be expected in each piece. If you feel you received a damaged product or received the wrong product, please reach out via our Contact page within 3 days of receiving your item. Otherwise, all purchases should be considered final sale.
