Guilt Trip - CD Clock

Continuing the concept of converting physical music forms into functional art, Johnny Grieco uses wall clocks as his subject. Converting authentic vinyl record discs into functioning wall clocks is perfect for any music lover's space. All clocks are battery operated featuring Quartz clock movements and a metal hanging hook for easy displaying.

When Virgil Abloh was tasked with designing the album artwork for Kanye’s Yeezus in 2013, he took the “minimalist” approach to the extreme. After debuting the album cover (or lack of), like most things involving Ye, it was immediately met with mixed feelings and controversy. Ye and Virgil would later explain the meaning behind the cover, describing it as an “open casket for the CD” as music consumption began to shift to streaming platforms and the death of CDs was inevitable.

Because of the unique features of handmade art, these pieces may come with imperfections. Please keep those aspects in mind and enjoy the one-of-a-kind characteristics.
